Waterford café's: Park LodgeIn July 2007, Park Lodge Café opened after an extensive rebuild of the existing gate keepers lodge in the People’s Park, Waterford. The building had previously been derelict for a number of years.

The café serves a breakfast menu ranging from full Irish, pancakes with bacon & maple syrup, to delicious French toast. At lunch time, the café offers a homemade soup with savoury scones & brown bread handmade on the premises. The café also serve light lunches such as salads, quiches, lasagnes and sandwiches.
