Aoife’s Café & Gallery
The historic significance of 33 The Mall is extremely relevant in Irish history and this is where Aoife’s Cafe is located. In 1848, the Irish Tricolour was flown here for the very first time by Thomas Francis Meagher, an Irish Revolutionary Union Army General, Lawyer, Orator, Author and Secretary of Montana.
The TriColour Festival runs between 8-10th of March every year. It is a celebration of the birth of the Tricolour around 33 The Mall Waterford.
Aoife’s Cafe and Gallery is proud to be the first cafe to offer the suspended coffee initiative in Waterford also approved by Suspended Coffee Ireland. Aoife’s Cafe and Gallery also gives their customers gluten free options and is proud server of organic foods.
