The Jade Palace, WaterfordThe Jade Palace takes pride in giving their customers an enjoyable dining experience in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  Established in 1982 by Chun Loi Fan (Sammy) and his brother Yuk Choi Fan, the Jade Palace became the first Chinese restaurant in Waterford.

The Fan family is well known around Waterford as connoisseurs of Chinese cuisine. Sammy and his wife Pauline became sole proprietors in 1998. Now, a new generation of the extended family are bringing this tradition to another level. Blending local produce together with home recipes from Hong Kong we have created and prepared exciting traditional recipes to the highest standard of Cantonese style cooking.

The Jade Palace restaurant is recognized as setting the standard of Cantonese style cuisine in Waterford for nearly three decades.

The restaurant is situated in the centre of Waterford City’s historic quarter, convenient to all major hotels, nightlife and local activities. The Jade Palace is ideal for every occasion, from lunch to family occasions and corporate entertainment.
