Sabai WaterfordSabai is an authentic and traditional Thai and Vietnamese restaurant. The food is served in a beautiful Georgian building set in the heart of Waterford’s historic quarter. A range of good value menu’s for both lunch and dinner are available.

Sabai Waterford is the perfect place to relax and enjoy top of the range Thai food. Outdoor dining is also available in a private courtyard, weather permitting.

Sabai also is the setting for one of Waterford’s famous Blue Plaques which are placed around the city commemorating links between particular locations and famous people. The building that houses Sabai  is where Thomas Francis Meagher, a young Ireland orator and American civil War hero, was arrested on the 12th July 1848.

Sabai Bar is also open for relaxing drinks and cocktails. Meet friends in this great venue for drinks before dinner.  Enjoy an aperitif, a glass of wine, a beer or a hand-made cocktail.  Visit the art exhibition on the third floor gallery and visit the bar for light food and an informal drink.
